作者采用3种菌斑测量方法,评估不同含量尿素的无糖口香糖对于牙菌斑pH恢复的影响。 材料和方法 采用远距离测量法、微接触法、采样法3种菌斑测量方法。受试者禁刷牙3~7d,用10%或50%(w/v)蔗糖溶液漱口,咀嚼口香糖10min,之后做以下试验: 1.尿素含量研究:①采用7种口香糖,1种不含尿素,6种实验口香糖所含尿素从10mg增至80mg。每次测试3或4块口香糖,每次实验间咀嚼石蜡3min,预防残留的影响。记录蔗糖漱口后2min,漱口液吐出后10min及咀嚼口香糖10min和20min的pH值。用
The authors used three plaque measurements to assess the effect of different levels of urea-free chewing gum on the recovery of plaque pH. Materials and Methods Three kinds of plaque measurement methods, such as long-distance measurement method, micro-contact method and sampling method, were used.
