研究了成分配比和加热速度对SHS-铸造Ni3(SiAl)金属间化合物的致密性的影响,并对合成产物的充型能力进行了分析。结果表明,提高加热速度和选择合适的成分配比可制备出较致密的Ni3(SiAl),合成产物的充型能力主要受燃烧合成温度与产物结晶特性的影响。
The effects of composition ratio and heating rate on the densification of SHS-cast Ni3 (SiAl) intermetallic compounds were investigated. The filling ability of the synthesized products was also analyzed. The results show that the compactness of Ni3 (SiAl) can be obtained by increasing the heating rate and selecting the suitable composition ratio. The chargeability of the synthesized product is mainly affected by the combustion synthesis temperature and the crystallization characteristics of the product.
