将MG400-985WD采煤机破碎机构由电动机驱动改为液压马达驱动,对原有的液压系统进行了分析和改进。改进后破碎机构的轴向长度减缩为854 mm,截齿长度增长到79.5 mm。使破碎机构具有良好的工作性能。
The MG400-985WD coal shearer crushing mechanism is changed from motor drive to hydraulic motor drive, and the original hydraulic system is analyzed and improved. After the improvement, the axial length of the crushing mechanism was reduced to 854 mm, and the length of the picks increased to 79.5 mm. The crushing mechanism has good working performance.
