儿童类风湿病是全身各系统广泛受累的结缔组织病,全身关节可受累,常伴有发热,肝、脾和全身淋巴结肿大,贫血和白细胞数增高。我院于1989年曾收治2例患儿,其皮下结节表现特殊,故作一报道。[例1]患儿,女,10岁,因四肢关节肿痛伴发热3年余,关节畸形1年余入院。体检:生长发育落后,营养差,面色苍黄,皮肤干燥,四肢呈屈曲 Rheumatoid child is a systemic connective tissue disease that is widely involved in various systems of the whole body.
