采用沉淀与溶剂联合法来提取茶多酚,用薄层色谱法及棒状薄层色谱扫描仪分析其成分,对棒状薄层色谱扫描仪在分析茶多酚成分中的应用作浅研究。薄层色谱法分析表明,茶多酚粗提物经过展层只有一条条纹,比较纯净。棒状薄层色谱扫描仪分析表明,含有儿茶素(C)与表儿茶素(EC)的混合物及表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)。使用棒状薄层色谱扫描仪分析茶多酚操作简便、分析迅速灵敏、试样用量少、重复性好。
Tea polyphenols were extracted by the combination of precipitation and solvent. The components of tea polyphenols were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography and rod-thin-layer chromatography. The application of rod-like TLC scanner in the analysis of tea polyphenols was studied. Thin layer chromatographic analysis showed that the crude extract of tea polyphenols through the exhibition only one stripe, more pure. Analysis by a rod-like TLC scanner revealed a mixture of catechin (C) and epicatechin (EC) and epicatechin gallate (ECG). Analysis of tea polyphenols by TLC scanner is simple, rapid and sensitive, with less sample and good reproducibility.
