采用生理生化技术 ,就 β-谷甾醇、瑞香亭以及狼毒色原酮 3种化合物对菜粉蝶 5龄幼虫生理生化的指标进行了测定 .结果表明 :在整体糖原含量而言 ,β-谷甾醇提高了其含量 ,狼毒色原酮降低了其含量 ,瑞香亭对其无显著影响 ;就血淋巴糖含量而言 ,β-谷甾醇与瑞香亭提高了其含量 ;狼毒色原酮对其无显著影响 ;就蛋白质含量而言 ,β-谷甾醇、瑞香亭以及狼毒色原酮都降低了其含量 ;就中肠的酯酶活力而言 ,β-谷甾醇与狼毒色原酮提高了其活力 ,而瑞香亭降低了其活力
