作者在前阶段链霉菌的培养及其链霉亲和素（ＳＡ）分离纯化的基础上，对ＳＡ的生物学特性和理化性质作了测症。测得ＳＡ的分子量为７２８８１，等电点为６．０；经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳出现２条带，结合生物素的活性为１８μｇ／ｍｇ。从１升链霉菌培养液中可提取纯ＳＡ２３．２ｍｇ。
On the basis of Streptomyces culture and streptavidin (SA) isolation and purification in the previous stage, the biological characteristics and physico-chemical properties of SA were measured. The molecular weight of SA was 72881 and the isoelectric point was 6.0. Two bands appeared on SDS-PAGE and the activity of binding biotin was 18μg / mg. Pure SA23.2mg can be extracted from 1 liter of Streptomyces broth.
