文章提出了一款基于TE30模式的基片集成波导(SIW)三路功分器。该功分器采用微带-槽线-基片集成波导的结构激励TE30模式并实现三路功率分配。该功分器结构简单,性能良好,具有较宽的带宽。利用高次模很自然的实现三路功率分配,极大的优化了加工工艺,大大降低了加工的难度。并且提出的结构可以很好的与其他平面电路集成来实现良好的性能。测试结果表明,在9GHz~11.5GHz的频段范围内,功分器的反射系数小于-15dB,相对带宽为25%,输出端口的传输系数为-7.0±0.4dB。该功分器紧凑、较宽的带宽和易加工的特性使其在无线通信系统中具有很好的应用前景。
The article presents a three-way splitter based on TE30 mode substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). The power divider uses microstrip-slot line-substrate integrated waveguide structure to stimulate TE30 mode and achieve three-way power distribution. The power splitter structure is simple, good performance, with a wide bandwidth. The use of high-order mode to achieve three natural power distribution, greatly optimizing the processing technology, greatly reducing the processing difficulty. And the proposed structure can be well integrated with other planar circuits to achieve good performance. The test results show that the power splitter has a reflection coefficient of less than -15 dB and a relative bandwidth of 25% in the frequency range of 9 GHz to 11.5 GHz and a transmission coefficient of the output port of -7.0 ± 0.4 dB. The power splitter is compact, wide bandwidth and easy processing characteristics make it has a good application prospect in wireless communication system.
