For mass production of nozzles, the flow and diffusion characteristics must be consistent to maintain the same geometry and high machining accuracy. This is difficult to guarantee for the currently used manufacturing processes (car, milling, drilling, grinding, grinding and manual deburring). As a result, about 50% of the time spent on the nozzle test bench was discarded and the approved nozzle changed its performance more rapidly during regular cleaning and subsequent grinding. In view of this, in order to organize batch production, it is reasonable to adopt a simple and better structure, for example, a nozzle with a tangential orifice. The geometry of such channels remains constant during manufacture and has little to do with the condition of the assembly, and there is no need for abrasive parts in the nozzle.
