本文报道了在长沙进行分期播种试验和控制光周期试验的结果。指出生态型雄性不育小麦的育性表现是受光周期和温度控制的。光周期和温度诱导育性转换的敏感时期为雌雄蕊原基分化期至四分体形成期,其相应的物候期大致为拔节期至孕穗期。在长沙秋播,能满足育性转换对短日(<12h)和低温(≤10℃)条件的要求,表现雄性不育;在长沙冬播及昆明夏播,则表现雄性可育。
This paper reports the results of staged sowing experiments and controlling the photoperiod test in Changsha. It is pointed out that the fertility performance of ecotype male sterile wheat is controlled by photoperiod and temperature. The sensitive period of photoperiod and temperature inducing fertility transformation was primordial differentiation from pistil to tetrad formation, and the corresponding phenophase was roughly from jointing stage to booting stage. In Changsha autumn sowing, it can meet the requirement of fertility transformation for short days (<12h) and low temperature (≤10 ℃), which shows male infertility; in winter sowing in Changsha and summer sowing in Kunming, it shows male fertility.
