颈动脉切除术的死亡率高达10~60%,故本术能否成功,和大脑侧支循环的建立至关重要。目前的预测侧支循环的方法均欠精确,Matas法虽为侧支循环的建立,奠定了有利基础,但仅凭病人感觉来判断其结果,显然极不可靠。脑血流图用于配合外科手术尚未见报道,我院自1979年将脑血流图检测与颈动脉压迫锻炼相结合,术前预测侧支循环建立的情况、能对手术起到保驾作用、术后监护,尤是手术成功的关键。本组15例手术,均获成功,因此,我们认为此法安全、简便、无创伤、可动态观察,用于颈动脉切除术准确可靠,值得推荐。

This group of 15 cases of surgery, have been successful, therefore, we think this method safe, simple, non-invasive, dynamic observation, for carotid resection accurate and reliable, it is recommended.
