为了明确无土秧的不同育苗时期光照和秧苗素质的关系,我们于1978年在三合公社永昌大队进行了不同光照处理对秧苗素质的作用试验。现将结果汇总如下: 一、光照与秧苗素质(一)播种—立苗期据试验,立苗快慢、好坏,除温度、水分、喷雾器的农药残毒等因素外与光照条件有密切关系。在室内温度、水分相同条件下,黑暗时,日生长株高0.8—1厘米,根长0.9—1厘米,根数2条左右;光照充足时,日生长株高0.5—0.7厘米,根长0.5—0.6厘米,根数1.2条;弱光时,其生长量介于二者之间。播种至立苗,黑暗需要2.5天
