106例病人(男65例,女41例)被患狂犬病动物咬伤时间均在5天以内,除1例外,所有病人的皮肤均被动物咬穿,开放性创口受动物唾液污染。直接免疫荧光试验证实全部动物的脑组织均含有狂犬病抗原。所有病人接种同一批号纯化的Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗(FVRV)0.5ml(有效成份为3.18IU/剂),分别于第0、3、7、14、28和91天于两臂三角肌作交替注射,其中有44例在最后一次接种时更换疫苗批号(有效成份为4.54IU/剂)。47例严重咬伤者同时注射人狂犬病免疫球蛋白
