应用自食管癌高发区林县粮食中分离的互隔交链孢霉提取物261-B_2-3诱发人羊膜FL细胞UDS。在不加S-9组分的情况下,提取物可诱发UDS。当提取物浓皮为10~(-6)-10~(-3)mg/ml四个数量级时,其UDS诱发率与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且当浓度在2.0×10~(-6)8.0×10~(-6)mg/ml范阿时,UDS水平与浓度呈正相关且有直线回归关系(P<0.01)。在加S-9组分情况下,各浓度组UDS诱发率均明显低于不加S—9组,与对照相比差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结果表明,在不加S-9情况下,261-B_2-3具有较强的诱变性,其诱变性在一定范围内随浓度增大而升高。相反,在加S-9情况下,261-B_2-3无或仅有极弱的诱变性。提示该霉菌提取物中含有直接诱变性物质。粮食中互隔交链孢霉污染可能在林县食管癌的发生中起一定作用。
Application Uses of Alternaria alternata Extract 261-B_2-3 Isolated from Linxian Food in High-incidence Area of Esophageal Cancer Induces UDS of Human Amniotic FL Cells. The extract induces UDS without the S-9 component. When the concentrated extract was 10 ~ (-6) -10 ~ (-3) mg / ml four orders of magnitude, the UDS induced rate was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). When the concentration was 2.0 × 10 -6 (8.0 × 10 -6) mg / ml Fan A, the concentration of UDS was positively correlated with the linear regression (P <0.01). In contrast, 261-B_2-3 showed no or only very weak mutagenicity with S-9. Tip The mold extract contains direct mutagen. Alternaria alternata contamination in food may play a role in the occurrence of esophageal cancer in Lin County.
