目的:建立以参柴调理丸的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中川芎、牡丹皮、黄芪、人参进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚的含量。结果:薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。丹皮酚在69.5~1112 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.30%,RSD=1.29%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,专属性强,重复性好,可用于参柴调理丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for the preparation of pills. Methods: Chuanxiong, Moutan, astragalus and ginseng were identified by TLC method. The content of paeonol was determined by HPLC. Results: Chromatographic spots identified by TLC were clear and negative controls did not interfere. Paeonol showed good linearity in the range of 69.5-1112 ng with an average recovery of 100.30% and RSD = 1.29% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible, specific, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Chai-chai conditioning pills.
