采用二甲基二氯硅烷和对氨基苯酚作为主要原料,一步法合成了二(p-氨基苯氧基)二甲基硅烷,使用核磁共振光谱,红外光谱及质谱对产物结构进行了表征。以新合成的二(p-氨基苯氧基)二甲基硅烷(SIDA)为原料和ODA,与PMDA反应合成有机硅氧烷聚酰胺酸,并分别采用热酰胺化与化学酰胺化制得了有机硅氧烷改性聚酰亚胺,使用FT-IR、TGA等手段对其结构和热稳定性进行了表征。研究结果表明,20%SIDA硅氧烷改性聚酰亚胺5%失重率温度为502℃,10%失重率温度为538℃,具有良好的热稳定性,在NMP、DMAC、DMSO等有机溶剂中的溶解性随着SIDA的增加得到明显的改善。
Using dimethyldichlorosilane and p-aminophenol as the main raw materials, bis (p-aminophenoxy) dimethylsilane was synthesized in one step. The structure of the product was characterized by 1H-NMR, IR and MS. The organosilicone polyamic acid was synthesized by the reaction of PMDA with freshly synthesized bis (p-aminophenoxy) dimethylsilane (SIDA) as raw material and ODA, and then was synthesized by thermal amidation and chemical amidation respectively. Silicone-modified polyimide was characterized by FT-IR, TGA and other means of its structure and thermal stability. The results show that the 5% weight loss rate of SIDA silicone-modified polyimide is 502 ℃, the weight loss rate of 10% is 538 ℃, and has good thermal stability. In the organic solvent such as NMP, DMAC, DMSO, Solubility in the SIDA with the increase was significantly improved.
