一、物业管理中的法律关系 物业管理涉及到的法律关系很多,最基本的法律关系是物业管理委托合同关系。其构成要素是:1.主体。包括业主(物业的所有权人)和非业主使用人(承租人)及代表他们行使权利的业主委员会、物业管理公司。2.客体。即物业和物业管理使用行为。3.内容。即物业管理合同中各主体的权利与义务。
