评估经历成员溺水身亡的班级第一个月创伤后应激障碍症状。以创伤后应激障碍症状清单平民版(PTSDChecklist-CivilianVersion,PCL-C)为工具进行测量,结果:事件发生一月后,学生最常见的症状依次为:闯入性回忆(82﹪),创伤提示异常心理痛苦(74﹪),回避创伤提示物品或境遇(64﹪),注意受损(64﹪),阳性率均超过60﹪以上,症状均分均超过3分,应及时对该班级开展相应的心理干预,以减轻心理应激反应。
