目的:比较不同提取溶剂对柴黄颗粒HPLC图谱及对主要成分色谱峰面积的影响,为改进和完善柴黄颗粒的质量标准提供依据。方法:以HPLC对照品比对法对主要色谱峰进行归属;以检出色谱峰的相对峰面积、色谱峰面积总量,以及主要成分的相对比值及总量对水、甲醇以及70%甲醇等3种提取溶剂的HPLC图谱进行比较分析。结果:共指认了黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素等4个色谱峰,3种提取溶剂的HPLC图谱基本一致,但主要色谱峰的峰面积及总峰面积有较大差异,黄芩苷等4种主要成分的相对比值及总量也有较大差异。在建立的色谱条件下,3种提取溶剂的成分含量有明显差异,以水为提取溶剂主要成分含量最高。结论:本研究为改进柴黄颗粒的含量测定方法提供了有益的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different extraction solvents on the HPLC chromatograms of Chaihuang granules and the chromatographic peak area of the main components, and to provide basis for improving and improving the quality standards of Chaihuang granules. Methods: The main chromatographic peaks were assigned by HPLC comparison method. The relative peak area, the total peak area and the relative ratio of the main components and the total amount of the chromatographic peaks were determined. The HPLC profiles of three extraction solvents were compared. Results: Four chromatographic peaks of baicalin, baicalin, baicalein and wogonin were identified. The HPLC chromatograms of the three extracted solvents were basically the same, but the peak area and the total peak area of the main chromatographic peaks were quite different. Baicalin and other four main components of the relative ratio and the total there are significant differences. Under the established chromatographic conditions, the contents of the three extraction solvents have significant differences, with water as the main solvent extraction solvent content. Conclusion: This study provides a useful reference for improving the determination of Chaihuang granules.
