阀控系统通常使用定量泵加溢流阀作为定压油源;无论负载所需功率多少,油源泵输出功率恒定不变、效率很低。为了提高液压阀控系统的效率,国内外早就提出了压力和流量的自适应问题(或称压力或流量的协调问题)。出发点是使泵的工作压力和流量随外负载而变化以节能。
Valve control systems usually use a fixed pump plus pressure relief valve as a constant pressure oil source; the output power of the oil source pump is constant and inefficient, no matter how much power the load requires. In order to improve the efficiency of the hydraulic valve control system, pressure and flow adaptive problems (or pressure or flow coordination problems) have long been proposed at home and abroad. The starting point is to pump the working pressure and flow changes with the external load to save energy.
