南水北调中线工程沿线气候跨越温和区和寒冷区。在寒冷区,输水总干渠及其下级分干渠每年冬季都将遇到渠床冻结、渠道冰凌对渠道工程的冻害问题,严重影响调水输水安全。因此,在工程设计、施工和运行阶段,必须搞好防治冻害的工作。本文依据有关规范和资料,探讨了渠道冻胀破坏的机理及重要的影响因素,阐述了南水北调中线工程防治冰冻害的重要性及相应的工程和非工程措施。
The climate along the midline of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project extends over the mild and cold regions. In the cold area, the main trunk channel of water conveyance and its sub-branch trunk channels will encounter the problems of channel freezing and channel freezing on the channel construction every winter, which will seriously affect the safety of water transfer and water conveyance. Therefore, in the engineering design, construction and operation stage, we must do a good job in prevention and treatment of frost damage. Based on the relevant norms and data, this paper discusses the mechanism and important influencing factors of canal frost heaving destruction, and expounds the importance of the prevention and control of frost damage in the midline of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and corresponding engineering and non-engineering measures.
