思想品德教材具有很强的普适性,既要关注城市又要关照农村,既要情系发达地区又要兼顾中西部地区,一套教材即使再完美、再全面,也不可能完全符合所有地区、学校、学生和教师的实际需要。教师完全可以而且应该在吃透教材、尊重教材的前提下,对教材进行二次开发,让教学紧跟时代步伐,更加兴趣盎然、优质高效。笔者在听课中,就亲历过几个精彩而令人回味的教学片断。
