The method of pretreatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy surface is introduced in detail. The process of coating fluorocarbon resin is introduced. The formulation of fluorocarbon resin coating is also listed. With the coatings and construction techniques developed by the authors, coatings with superior properties can be obtained.
