磨削加工中伴随产生许多效应,其中力效应是最重要的,它直接影响磨削时的热效应、已磨表面的尺寸、形状精度、表面光洁度以及磨削动力、砂轮磨损、自激振动等。长期来人们对磨削力作了大量的研究。但由于磨削加工是大量随机分布在砂轮工作表面的磨粒抓削金属的过程,影响因素很多,较其它切削加工复杂得多。目前,理论研究仅能定性地解释磨削过程的一些现象或预示其趋势。定量地预测磨削结果还得借助于试验研究。
There are many effects associated with grinding. Among them, the force effect is the most important. It directly affects the thermal effect during grinding, the surface size, shape accuracy, surface finish, grinding power, wheel wear and self-excited vibration. For a long time people made a lot of grinding force research. However, the grinding process is a large number of random distribution of abrasive particles in the working surface of the grinding wheel to cut metal, which affects many factors and is much more complicated than other cutting processes. At present, theoretical research can only qualitatively explain some phenomena of the grinding process or predict its trend. The quantitative prediction of the grinding results has to be based on experimental studies.
