本文用微核试验测定了复方庚炔诺酮对小鼠骨髓细胞及胎肝血微核率的影响。复方庚炔诺酮1,5,10及100mg/kg组小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞的微核率分别为2.4,2,2.2及2.8‰;复方庚炔诺酮10,50及100mg/kg组胎肝血微核率分别为2.7,3.3及4‰。溶剂对照组小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞及胎肝血微核率为1.8~3‰,复方庚炔诺酮与对照组之间微核率并无显著差异(P>0.06)。阳性对照药物环磷酰胺组微核率为49~64.3‰。结果提示复方庚炔诺酮似不具有明显的遗传毒性效应。
In this paper, micronucleus test was used to determine the effect of compound norethisterone on micronuclei in mouse bone marrow cells and fetal liver. The micronucleus rates of the mouse erythrocytes in the doses of 1,5,8 and 100 mg / kg of norethisterone were 2.4, 2, 2.2 and 2.8 ‰, respectively. The norepinephrine 10, 50 and 100 mg / kg Fetal liver blood micronucleus rates were 2.7, 3.3 and 4 ‰. There was no significant difference (P> 0.06) in micronucleus rate between compound norethindrone acetate and control group in the solvent control group, with bone marrow micronucleated erythrocytes and fetal liver micronuclei rate of 1.8 ~ 3 ‰. Positive control drug cyclophosphamide group micronucleus rate of 49 ~ 64.3 ‰. The results suggest that the compound norethisterone seems to have no obvious genotoxic effects.
