OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of different modes of delivery on the outcome of pregnancy with cesarean section and re-pregnancy. Methods: In combination with the mothers’ wishes, according to the existence of preterm birth contraindications, 86 pregnant women with history of cesarean section were divided into vaginal delivery group (n = 42) and cesarean section group (n = 44). The differences in delivery mode and delivery between the two groups . Results: The success rate of childbirth and neonatal asphyxia in vaginal delivery group were no significant difference (P> 0.05), but in terms of intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, complication rate and hospitalization cost Significantly lower than the cesarean section (P <0.05). Conclusion: A pregnant woman with a history of cesarean still has the opportunity of vaginal delivery without prejudice to taboos. In addition, close monitoring and care can effectively ensure the safety of mother and baby and improve the quality of childbirth.
