目的比较不同缓释型芳樟醇制剂的生物活性效应。方法将芳樟醇通过空穴置换法、聚合物浸渍法、环糊精法制得3种缓释性芳樟醇制剂,并利用小容器法和四臂嗅觉仪法评价其对德国小蠊的活性效应。结果芳樟醇-乙烯醋酸乙烯酯颗粒剂与活性氧化铝颗粒剂对德国小蠊有明显的驱避性,其中芳樟醇-乙烯醋酸乙烯酯颗粒剂优于后者,驱避性高达97.7%,而芳樟醇·β-环糊精包结剂试验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.303,P>0.05)。结论采用空穴置换法与聚合物浸渍法均可达到对芳樟醇的理想释控状态,为空间驱避昆虫、缓解环境污染和抗药性等问题提供了新的防控手段。
Objective To compare the biological activity of different sustained-release linalool preparations. Methods Three kinds of sustained-release linalool preparations were prepared by the method of hole displacement, polymer impregnation and cyclodextrin. The activity of Linalool against Blattella germanica was evaluated by the small container method and the four-arm olfactometer effect. Results Linalool-ethylene vinyl acetate granules and activated alumina granules showed obvious repellent to German cockroach. Linalool-ethylene vinyl acetate granules were better than the latter, repellent up to 97.7% , While there was no significant difference between linalool β -cyclodextrin inclusion group and control group (t = 0.303, P> 0.05). Conclusion Both hole-exchange method and polymer-impregnation method can achieve the ideal release state of linalool and provide a new control method for space repellent insects, mitigation of environmental pollution and drug resistance.
