运用Tapio的弹性分析法计算了2006—2015年中国钢铁工业粗钢产量、能源消耗、废气排放总量、二氧化硫外排量等的脱钩弹性系数,分析结果表明从能源消耗来看,中国钢铁工业总能耗大致处在脱钩状态;但是脱钩状态多为弱脱钩,可见钢铁工业总能耗的增加主要的原因仍是粗钢产量的上涨。从废弃物排放来看,脱钩状态实则为弱脱钩。说明中国钢铁工业外排废气量与粗钢产量之间未实现强脱钩,钢铁工业外排废气量要实现完全强脱钩任重而道远。
Tapio elastic analysis method was used to calculate the decoupling elastic coefficient of crude steel output, energy consumption, total exhaust emissions and sulfur dioxide emissions in China’s steel industry from 2006 to 2015. The results show that from the energy consumption point of view, the total steel industry in China Energy consumption is roughly in the decoupling state; however, the decoupling state is mostly weak decoupling, showing that the main reason for the increase in the total energy consumption of the steel industry is still the crude steel output. From the perspective of waste discharge, decoupling is actually weak decoupling. This shows that there is no strong decoupling between the amount of waste gas discharged from the steel industry in China and the output of crude steel, and that the amount of waste gas discharged from the steel industry needs to be completely decoupled from the task.
