最近越来越多的案例显示:(1)工作场所中雇主和工人们之间良好的合作伙伴关系是他们共同生存和发展的必备条件;(2)商业环境中,客户和竞争是质量进步活动的主要推动力量。事实上,在这个时间点上,从一些指标可以看出联合管理关东中呈现出越来越多的协作趋势。比如,合作规范被广泛用以提高员工的参与水平,并由此提高工作中的创新力、质量和生产力。一些创新实践包括:(1)参与度的提高强调了团队精神和员工努力在商业活动和战略计划中的重要性;(2)更多有效信息的共享和商议将鼓励人们共同面对挑战和成功;(3)开发并实施前瞻性的平等与多元化计划;(4)通过创造新颖的和可靠的解决方案来提高问题解决能力;(5)优先考虑为组织中各层次的工作学习和员工发展计划提供支持;(6)支持鼓励持续改进和尝试;(7)确保合作活动和能力被很好地融入到绩效管理和奖励制度中。未来的工作环境将被期望能越来越多地采用上面提到的进步实践方法。
