研究了苏云金芽孢杆菌Bacillus thuring iensisHBF-1菌株对10日龄铜绿丽金龟Anomalacorpulenta和黄褐丽金龟A.exoleta幼虫存活率、拒食、抑制生长及取食选择性的影响。结果表明,随着感染剂量的增大和感染时间的延长,两种金龟子幼虫的存活率均下降,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食作用和生长抑制作用增强,使该幼虫对饲料的选择性增强。感染7d时,对黄褐丽金龟幼虫的LC50值为64.16μg/g,14d时下降到13.98μg/g,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的LC50值则由79.69下降到19.14μg/g。当菌剂浓度为10μg/g、感染7d时,HBF-1菌株对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食率和生长抑制率分别为4.74%和9.84%,14d时分别为30.75%和73.87%;当菌剂浓度达到160μg/g、感染7d时,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食率和生长抑制率分别为39.01%和83.61%,14d时分别为86.10%和97.75%。可见高浓度菌剂对铜绿丽金龟幼虫有一定的拒食作用。
The effects of Bacillus thuringiensis HBF-1 strain on survival, antifeeding, growth inhibition and feeding selectivity of 10-day old Anomala corpulenta and A.exoleta larvae were studied. The results showed that with the increase of infection dose and the prolongation of infection time, the survival rate of both beetle larvae decreased, and the antifeeding effect and growth inhibitory effect on larvae increased, which made the larvae feed selectivity enhanced. At 7 days after infection, the LC50 value of C. latifolia was 64.16μg / g, decreased to 13.98μg / g on the 14th day, and decreased from 79.69% to 19.14μg / g on the larvae of P. catiola. The antifeedant rate and the growth inhibition rate of HBF-1 strain to B. litoria larvae were 4.74% and 9.84% at the concentration of 10μg / g and 7d, respectively, and reached 30.75% and 73.87% respectively on the 14th day. At the concentration of 160μg / g, the antifeedant rate and growth inhibitory rate on the larvae of M. brassicae were 39.01% and 83.61% respectively at 7 days and 86.10% and 97.75% respectively on the 14th day. It can be seen that the high concentration of antibacterial agents have some antifeedant effect on the larvae of Culex.
