考察了将茂金属载体催化剂用于乙烯与 1-己烯、1-辛烯的共聚合反应 ;在反应温度为 40℃ ,反应时间为30min ,浸渍液茂锆浓度为 13 .6mmol L ,n(Al) n(Zr)为 5 0 0的条件下 ,分析了第 2单体与乙烯单体物质的量的配比对聚合活性及聚合物物性的影响 ;结果表明 :乙烯与 1-己烯和 1-辛烯共聚合时出现了“共单体效应” ,共聚物的平均相对分子质量、熔点、结晶度均随第 2单体物质的量的增大而下降 ,产物均为无规共聚物
The metallocene supported catalysts were investigated for the copolymerization of ethylene with 1-hexene and 1-octene. When the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time was 30 min, the impregnation concentration of zirconocene was 13.6 mmol L, n ( Al) n (Zr) is 500, the effect of the ratio of the amount of the second monomer to the ethylene monomer on the polymerization activity and the physical properties of the polymer was analyzed. The results showed that the ratio of ethylene to 1-hexene and 1 co-polymerization of 1-octene appeared “co-monomer effect”, the average molecular weight of the copolymer, the melting point, the degree of crystallinity with the amount of the second monomer decreases, the products are random copolymer
