采用ABAQUS有限元软件,首次建立连铸异型坯凝固三维瞬态有限元传热模型,并利用Fortran语言编写用户子程序施加复杂传热边界条件,根据现有实测工艺参数对连铸异型坯的凝固过程进行三维仿真分析。重点分析异型坯横断面特征点温度的分布规律以及坯壳的增长规律,数值模拟结果与现场试验吻合。为连铸异型坯冷却制度的研究提供更加有效的手段,进而为连铸异型坯三维应力场的研究奠定基础。
The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the three-dimensional transient finite element heat transfer model of the continuous casting blank. The user subroutine was programmed by Fortran language to apply the complicated heat transfer boundary conditions. According to the existing measured parameters, the solidification of the continuous casting blank Process of three-dimensional simulation analysis. Focusing on the analysis of the distribution law of the characteristic temperature of the cross section of the blank and the growth of the shell, the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field tests. It provides a more effective method for the research of cooling system of continuous casting blank and lays the foundation for the research of three-dimensional stress field of continuous casting blank.
