进入21世纪以来,我国的油气储运行业迅速发展,大型的油气储存码头、LNG和LPG储存库以及各种长输油气管线等等建设工程都进入了前所未有的高峰期。而且随着油气储运行业的发展,原油储运设施已向大型化发展,现用的原油储罐都在1万立方米以上,而且半径和高度都要比以往的储罐大。然而,在这种大型储罐的建造过程中还有许多技术问题有待解决,其中罐底板的焊接变形就是目前尚待解决的问题。接下来,本文就对大型储罐罐底板焊接变形的现状进行详细分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。
Since the 21st century, China’s oil and gas storage and transportation industry has developed rapidly. The construction of large-scale oil and gas storage terminals, LNG and LPG storage tanks and various long-distance oil and gas pipelines have entered an unprecedented peak. And with the development of the oil and gas storage and transportation industry, crude oil storage facilities have been enlarged to more than 10,000 cubic meters in usable crude oil reserves and are larger in radius and height than previous storage tanks. However, there are still many technical problems to be solved in the construction of such large-scale storage tanks. The welding deformation of the tank bottom plate is currently a problem to be solved. Next, this paper analyzes the current situation of welding deformation of the large tank floor, and gives the corresponding solutions.
