旋毛虫病(Trichinosis)是一种常见的寄生虫病,我国少数地区曾发现流行。绿春县地处云南省南部,系少数民族聚居区,群众有食生猪肉习惯,1978年2～11月先后发生五次旋毛虫病流行,发病者300余人,死亡8人,严重影响人民身体健康。此病潜伏期长短不一,有记录的64例中最短1天,最长41天,1～15天者54例。临床表现多种多样,与旋毛虫在人体内移行和发育有密切关系,主要有全身酸痛、发热、肌肉压痛、乏力、食欲减退、活动困难甚致吞咽困难等。血象检查嗜酸性细胞普遍增高。
Trichinosis is a common parasitic disease that has been endemic in a few areas of our country. Lvchun County is located in the southern part of Yunnan Province. It is a habitat of ethnic minorities. The masses have the habit of eating raw pork. From February to November 1978, there were five epidemic of Trichinosis, with more than 300 cases and 8 deaths, affecting people’s health health. The incubation period of the disease varies in length, the record 64 cases in the shortest one day, the longest 41 days, 54 cases of 1 to 15 days. A variety of clinical manifestations, and Trichinella in the human body migration and development are closely related to the main body aches, fever, muscle tenderness, fatigue, loss of appetite, dysphagia caused by dysphagia. Blood tests generally increased eosinophil.
