In recent years, cardiovascular new drugs continue to appear clinically in order to improve the efficacy of a wide range of drugs led to a substantial increase in adverse reactions, and even poisoning death. Adverse reactions to this drug occur through drug interactions that alter the drug concentration at the site of action or through changes in drug receptor sensitivity. The importance of cardiovascular drug interactions is dictated by the severity of the hazard to humans from heart disease and the narrow range of therapeutic concentrations of many cardiovascular drugs. Through the interaction, often the original effective dose into the amount of sub-treatment or poisoning and life-threatening. As mentioned above, the consequences of cardiovascular drug interactions are very serious, but not yet fully understood, because the toxicity of drugs is very difficult to distinguish the symptoms of the original disease. For example, arrhythmias caused by digitalis are often difficult to distinguish from arrhythmias caused by the disease itself. Thus, arrhythmias may be toxic to antiarrhythmic drugs and may be misinterpreted as ineffective antiarrhythmic drugs
