以小美旱杨为砧木,选择107杨、108杨、111杨、沙兰杨、北抗创新杨1号、中林2001杨和转基因杨7个杨树品种作接穗进行伐根嫁接,在北京大兴区分别设置了3块试验地的3个品种对比试验。结果表明:1)以小美旱杨为伐桩,3块试验地中北抗创新杨1号成活率和保存率均最低,其余6个品种接穗成活率和保存率分别在80%和90%以上。2)试验地1嫁接品种107杨、108杨、111杨的平均胸径、树高和单株材积均较大,且之间无显著差异;试验地2嫁接品种107杨、沙兰杨的平均胸径、树高和单株材积与北抗创新杨1号差异显著,107杨与沙兰杨的平均胸径、树高和单株材积差异不显著;试验地3嫁接品种107杨的平均胸径、树高和单株材积与中林2001杨、转基因杨差异显著,中林2001杨与转基因杨的平均胸径、树高和单株材积差异不显著。3)107杨、108杨、111杨、沙兰杨是适宜杨树伐根嫁接造林的优良品种。
Taking Populus euphratica as the rootstock, we selected 107 poplar, 108 poplar, 111 poplar, Salvia miltiorrhiza poplar, Beihzinkanglingyang 1, Zhonglin 2001 poplar and 7 poplar varieties of poplar as spike for grafting. In Beijing Daxing District, respectively, set up three plots to test the three varieties of contrast test. The results showed as follows: 1) The survival rate and the preservation rate of Zhongbei anti-innovation Yang 1 in the three plots were the lowest among the three experimental plots. The surviving rate and the preservation rate of the remaining six cultivars were 80% and 90% the above. 2) The average DBH of tree height, tree height and single plant height of 107 Yang, 108 Yang and 111 Yang were significantly higher than those of the other two grafted varieties. The average DBH , Tree height and single plant volume were significantly different from that of Beikang-Xin Yang-1. There was no significant difference in mean DBH, tree height and single plant volume among 107 Yang and Saling poplars. The mean DBH and height The difference of average DBH, tree height and single plant volume between Zhonglin 2001 and transgenic poplars was not significant. 3) Poplar 107, Populus nigra, Poplar 111 and Salvia miltiorrhiza are good varieties suitable for grafting and afforestation of poplar.
