目的:探讨尼帕病毒(Nipah virus,NiV)在新疆伊犁地区马群中的自然感染情况。方法:采用尼帕病毒一步法实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(One step real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,Real-time RT-PCR)检测120匹马外周血液单个核细胞(Peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMCs)中的NiVN基因片段,对阳性产物进行基因序列测定、同源性和氨基酸顺序分析。结果:所检测120匹马PBMCsNiVN基因片段阳性率为0%(0/120)。结论:本研究未发现新疆伊犁地区马中存在尼帕病毒自然感染。
Objective: To investigate the natural infection of Nipah virus (NiV) in horses in Yili region, Xinjiang. Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from 120 horses by one step real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (Real-time RT-PCR) ) NiVN gene fragment, the positive product gene sequence determination, homology and amino acid sequence analysis. Results: The positive rate of PBMCsNiVN gene fragment in 120 horses was 0% (0/120). Conclusion: The study found no natural infection of Nipah in the horse in Yili, Xinjiang.
