在汽车配件厂里,汽缸套是经常遇见的零件,它的表面光洁度和精度要求都比较高。我厂在修配汽缸套时,过去是在精镗孔后,送到磨缸组进行磨内孔;但常出现锥形和表面光洁度不高的现象,因此往往影响到出车时间。后来,我们根据苏联高尔基城莫洛托夫汽车厂、杭州机床厂的经验,设计了如图所示的滚压工具,将过去的磨孔改为挤压加工,使用结果证明:经过滚压后的汽缸套,表面光洁度可达▽▽▽_9。同时,由于滚压的结果,使金属
