《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》第49条规定:“对于操作部位较高操作人员立足地点距离地面(或运转层)高度超过3m的锅炉,应装设平台、扶梯和防护栏杆等设施。”“水位表前的平台到水位表中间的铅直高度应为1～1.5m。”因此凡正常水位距操作地面在4～4.5m的锅炉,都可不设水位表冲洗平台和扶梯。据此目前一般≤4t/h的锅炉,甚至一些6t/h的锅炉,都没有设置冲洗水位表的平台。这些锅炉如果进行水位表 “Steam boiler safety technical supervision regulations,” Article 49 states: “For the higher operator positions based on the ground from the ground (or operating level) more than 3m boiler height, should be equipped with platforms, escalators and guard railings and other facilities.
