王一联注水站1985年投产,1989年4月发现注水设施结垢严重,注水管线一般垢厚10~15mm,最厚处35mm,最大结垢速率8.7mm/a;3S_3注水泵阀体上结垢3~5mm。造成注水管线压力损失过大,注水泵打不起压力,严重影响了生产。为解决这一问题,1989年4月对注水管网进行了酸洗除垢,在一定程度上使管网压力暂时得到缓解,但未能使整个注水系统从根本上解决结垢问题。1989年5月,对注水系统采取了化学防垢措施,一年来,从注水泵维修情况和解剖管线
