目的本文主要探讨泌尿外科患者给予人性化护理的临床应用价值。方法从我院泌尿外科收治的68例患者中选取60例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。观察比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者在健康教育、护理人员态度、服务流程以及护理技术等方面的满意度明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论本次研究结果表明,给予泌尿外科患者人性化护理干预,有助于改善患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得大力推广应用。
Objective This article mainly discusses the clinical value of humanized nursing in urological patients. Methods Sixty sixty-six patients admitted to Department of Urology in our hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing work. Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group in health education, attitude of nurses, service flow and nursing techniques, P <0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The results of this study show that giving humanized nursing intervention in patients with urology can help to improve the quality of life of patients and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, which is worth popularizing and applying.
