针对2002-2003年长庆油田陇东地区钻井废液,在钻井废液水质分析基础上,进行了破胶剂、破胶助剂和脱色剂等化学处理剂的优选及实验研究,优选出了FeCl3、ZNJ-1、YW-1等处理剂及配方,并建立了可操作的现场处理工艺流程。通过现场中试,钻井废液物理化学强化破胶、助凝后,固液分离效果较好,分离出的固相成团,易清除和回填;分离出的污水经化学混凝脱色处理,水质清澈,符合GB8978-1996污水综合排放二级标准。相比固相含量高、排放量少的油田所采用的固化处理方法更科学、更经济,填补了采用化学方法无害化处理钻井废液的国内该项技术的空白,具有良好的开发应用前景。
Aiming at the drilling waste in Longdong area of Changqing Oilfield from 2002 to 2003, the optimization and experimental research of chemical treatment agents such as breaker, breaker and decolorant were carried out based on the analysis of the quality of drilling waste water. Compared with the high solid content and low emissions, the oilfields used in the solidification treatment method is more scientific and economical, which fills the blank of domestic technology for harmless treatment of drilling waste by chemical methods and has good development and application prospects .
