目的:对超临界CO2萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取的满山红挥发油化学成分进行比较研究。方法:采用GC-MS法对两种方法提取的满山红挥发油进行成分分析。结果:超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定出52个成分,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定出48个成分,两者共有成分45个。结论:两种方法提取的挥发油成分接近。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil from Radix Muszponi extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and steam distillation. Methods: GC-MS method was used to analyze the constituents of Volatile Oil from Manshanhong. Results: Fifty-two components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. Forty-eight components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by steam distillation. The two components had a total of 45 components. Conclusion: The two methods of extraction of volatile oil components close.
