1月31日,A320/B-2337飞机在航前等待起飞过程中,发现右侧1号缝翼4号滑轨干舱排水口向外流燃油,超标,飞机不能放行。由于干舱的特殊构造,人员无法近距离观察,手难以触摸,无法准确确定外漏点,修理车间排故组通过研究分析干舱及油箱的结构情况,综合考虑了各种渗漏检测方法,确定将整个干舱进行密封注水,加压保压后在油箱内查找内漏点。经过5天4夜,圆满完成了油箱漏点的修复。本文对此事件经过进行详细阐述,以期为油箱渗漏修理工作提供借鉴。
On the 31st of January, the A320 / B-2337 aircraft was waiting for take-off before the flight and found that the outlet of No.4 skid Ramp at the right side of No. 1 slat slipped out of fuel and exceeded the standard. The aircraft could not be released. Due to the special structure of dry cabin, personnel can not observe closely and the hand is hard to touch. Therefore, it is impossible to accurately determine the leakage point. The troubleshooting team of the repair shop analyzes and analyzes the structure of the dry-cabin and the fuel tank by comprehensive consideration of various leakage detection methods, Make sure to seal the whole dry water injection, pressure and pressure in the tank to find the internal leakage point. After 5 days and 4 nights, the fuel tank leakage repair was completed successfully. This article elaborates on this event in order to provide reference for oil tank leakage repair work.
