锗是一种重要的半导体材料,广泛应用于人们的生产生活中。目前国内测定锗的方法有比色法、气相色谱法、原子吸收法、ICP全谱法、极谱法和原子荧光光谱法等。云南昆明晋宁磷矿中含有大量的锗资源,建立测定磷矿中锗含量的方法,为晋宁磷矿中锗的利用提供有效数据支撑非常必要。原子荧光光谱法测定磷矿中的锗不仅操作简单、分析成本低,同时准确率和精密度也很高,是测定磷矿中锗含量的有效方法。1实验部分
Germanium is an important semiconductor material, widely used in people’s production and life. At present, the methods for the determination of germanium are colorimetry, gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometry, ICP full spectrum, polarography and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The Jinning phosphorite in Kunming, Yunnan Province contains a large amount of germanium resources and establishes a method for determining the germanium content in phosphate rock. It is necessary to provide effective data support for the utilization of germanium in Jinning phosphate rock. Determination of germanium in phosphate rock by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is not only simple, low cost, high accuracy and precision, but also an effective method for the determination of germanium in phosphate rock. 1 experimental part
