阐述了砂轮形貌的理论功率谱图象、实际功率谱图象及其功率谱特性,获得了砂轮形貌的特征参数与激光功率谱图象的对应关系。根据上述的理论分析,设计了激光功率谱法检测砂轮形貌的采样原理及检测装置。采样时,将砂轮一圈划分为256个等分点,每一点均进行功率谱型的采样;为检测方便,在对称的功率谱图象一侧采集8个点的光强,共获得由8个数据组成的256个离散功率谱型。通过对离散功率谱型的计算处理,最后由检测装直打印出砂轮形貌的特征参数值。试验结果表明,检测的砂轮形貌特征参数的变化规律与磨削基本理论相吻合,验证了激光功率请检测砂轮形貌的可行性。
The theory power spectrum image, actual power spectrum image and power spectrum characteristic of grinding wheel morphology are described. Corresponding relations between the characteristic parameters of grinding wheel morphology and laser power spectrum image are obtained. According to the above theoretical analysis, a laser power spectrum method to detect the grinding wheel morphology sampling device and detection. Sampling, the grinding wheel circle divided into 256 equal points, each point of the power spectral sampling; for the convenience of detection, the side of the symmetrical power spectrum image acquisition 8 points, a total of 8 256 discrete power spectral patterns. Through the calculation of the discrete power spectral pattern, the final feature value of the wheel topography is printed out by the detection device. The experimental results show that the change rule of the characteristic parameters of the grinding wheel is consistent with the basic theory of grinding, which verifies the feasibility of detecting the grinding wheel morphology with laser power.
