基于高职院校教师科研与教学矛盾探讨

摘 要：职业教育肩负着培养多元化人才、传承各种技术技能、促进创业就业的重要使命，提高职业教育教学质量迫在眉睫。目前我国职业教育存在教师教学和科研两张皮的现象，本文以西安某高校为例，探讨如何改善教师教学和科研分离问题并提出改进措施。

Discussion on the Contradictions Between Scientific Research and Teaching of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating diversified talents， inheriting various technical skills and promoting entrepreneurship and employment， so it is urgent to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. At present， there is a phenomenon that teachers' teaching and research are divided into two parts in vocational education in our country. Taking a university in Xi 'an as an example， this paper discusses how to solve the problem of the separation between teachers' teaching and research and puts forward some improvement measures.
