成都化学纤维厂近3年来生产经莒的实践表明,学先进经验,关键在于将先进经验同本厂实际结合,寻找最佳结合点,以取得突破性进展。 成都化学纤维厂是60年代国家投资650万元兴建的人造纤维3个小样板厂之一。建厂伊始,即因文化大革命陷入政治运动,管理堆以正常,生产靠计划维系。在市场经济条件下,已不能适应新形势。针对这种现状,这个厂以转换干部职工思想观念为前提,先易后谁,先粗后细,逐步实现管理系统化、科学化。
