In a recent issue of the British Medical Journal, a paper by Chinese and American scientists was published. Papers pointed out that: shallow discretionary to health, alcohol consumption was significantly Shou Shou, moderate drinking in the same age group, the lowest mortality rate. From 1986 to 1995, scientists from China and the United States conducted a 10-year study of 18,244 volunteers aged 45 to 64 in Shanghai. Findings: People who drank between 1 and 4 cups a week had a 19% lower mortality rate than those who never drank alcohol. The study also found that alcoholism can significantly damage health. Those who drink more than 43 small cups a week have a 30% higher mortality rate than those who never drink alcohol. Scientists and scientists in China and the United States used scientific methods to study the benefits of drinking on human health.
