古往今来从未缺少优秀的管理者。古代有广开言路的贤明君主,有运筹帷幄的威武将军,现代亦有追求卓越的精明领导。然而,优秀的管理者都有一个共同的闪光点——管理智慧。智是指人们普遍具有的辨认事物、判断是非善恶的能力或认识。在儒家的道德规范体系中,“智”是最基本、最重要的德目之一,也是儒家理想人格的重要品质之一。然而,纵然后天学习可以加强才智,可智还是和人的天赋异禀有很大相关。身为管理者,自然不必也不可能都是德才兼备,事事亨通,然而这并不会影响其成为一个治企之才。
Since ancient times, there has never been a shortage of good managers. There are ancient wise monarchs with open words, well-established generals who are well versed in strategy, and modern, astute leaders who strive for excellence. However, good managers have a common bright spot - management wisdom. Wisdom refers to people’s ability to recognize things and to judge whether they are good or evil. In Confucian moral norms, “wisdom ” is one of the most basic and important moral items, and one of the important qualities of Confucian ideal personality. However, even after acquired learning can enhance the intelligence, it is still very much related to the talent of man. As a manager, it is naturally not necessary or impossible for them to have both ability and political integrity and prosperous business. However, this will not affect their ability to become a governing enterprise.
